Data governance: between innovation and responsibility

Explore how to structure data governance that reconciles innovation, sovereignty, transparency, and ethical responsibility within a rapidly evolving regulatory framework. The regulatory framework surrounding health data is undergoing profound changes (HDS 2024, EEDS, SREN law). The entry into force of the Data Act also introduces new obligations for data sharing and availability, reinforcing the need for clear and responsible governance.
