Description
Sylvia Pelayo is a Professor of Ergonomics at the University of Lille. Since 2011, she has co-directed the Clinical Investigation Center for Innovative Technologies (CIC-IT) at Lille University Hospital, and since 2021, she has coordinated the national Tech4Health network (https://www.reseau-tech4health.fr). This expertise network, supported by the FCRIN infrastructure (INSERM), is dedicated to the evaluation of health technologies (medical devices, e-health, biomaterials, etc.). Sylvia Pelayo has significant experience in supporting the maturation projects of health technologies, at territorial, national, and European levels, for technologies designed, evaluated, and implemented in compliance with regulations and all phases aimed at ensuring the safety, benefit, and adoption of these technologies. Sylvia Pelayo is also the scientific director of the IN CITU experimental third-place (http://incitu-hdf.fr/), a digital health third-place in Hauts de France.
